The screen closing off this chapel dates from 1568. Inside, there is a reredos with paintings commissioned by the chaplain of the Cathedral Diego de Bolaños and executed by the painter Pedro de Villegas in 1566. The painting in the centre, which is signed by the artist in question, represents The Visitation and at the sides there are San Blas, The Baptism of Christ, St James and St Sebastian. The predella shows Diego Bolaños, donor of the reredos, and his family. In the centre of the predella there is a sculpted relief of St Jerome Penitent by Jeronimo Hernández from 1566.
